SUS304Stainless steel capillary tube is a thin-walled tube with tight tolerances. Stainless steel needle Tubes with small diameter are used for subcutaneous injection. These needles are ideal for medical applications where corrosion resistance, uniformity and strength are required. SS injection needle has super strength, tensile strength between 1030Mpa and 1370Mpa. These needles are common products in medical applications, medical device manufacturing, and medical services. The ISO 9626 stainless steel needle tube is a very rigid needle that can be used to make a range of hypodermic needles primarily for human use. The needles range in metric size from 10 Gauge to 34 Gauge.

Stainless steel medical needle tubes are produced by extrusion process. These tubes have no welds or seams, so they are much stronger and have excellent resistance under a variety of stress conditions. The SUS304 needle tube is made of nickel and chromium and has excellent performance. Its outer diameter is designed between 0.15mm and 3.4mm, and it has good tolerance to different conditions. We can customize products in different shapes and sizes according to customer requirements.
